Follow the construction from the beginning

The pictures are divided up into several pages in order to follow easily the progress of all the different parts of the yacht.

We will soon update this part of our web-site in order to give a detailed view of the construction phase.
 

Situation

The hull was built in a hangar and taken out at the beginning of June 2002 where the superstructure was completed in August 2002.

After a delay due to a strong winter which kept ice-hole-fishing in Gdansk on high course, WoDi16 was finally launched on March 20th, 2003 and on March 27th she received her name: Vita Longa V.

Due to heavy storms in the Baltic Sea at the beginning of April we had to postpose the date of delivery to Germany. Finally spring came back and she had a nice trip through the Baltic Sea a few days before Eastern 2003. Now she lies in the city-harbour of the town Ueckermuende in the Stettiner Haff.
